Questions & answers
Which pets is the stand for?
The Modopaw grooming stand is designed for dogs and cats. Whether it fits depends on your pet’s size and build — before you order, write to us with your pet’s weight and back length and we will advise you.
Will it fit in my bathtub or shower?
Compare the stand’s dimensions in the specifications with the inside of your bathtub or shower tray. It also works on any flat, stable floor — indoors, on a balcony or on a terrace.
My pet is nervous. Will this help?
Many pets feel more secure when their paws are off a slippery surface and their body is supported — but every pet is different. Introduce the stand step by step: let your pet sniff it, reward calm moments, and keep the first sessions short. Never leave your pet unattended.
How do I set it up and fold it?
Unfold the frame on a flat, stable surface until it stands firm — then it is ready. After use, fold it flat again for storage.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the sling with clean water and let it air-dry. Wipe the frame dry and store it folded in a dry place.
Where is it made?
We make the Modopaw grooming stand ourselves, in our own production in the European Union.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free to all EU countries. We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days; delivery then takes 3–7 business days.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Return shipping is at your cost. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Depending on your country you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
