Draft — company details will be completed before launch.
1. Scope and seller
These terms apply to all orders placed on this website by consumers. The seller is [Company legal name], [Street, City, Postal code, Country], registration no. [Registration number], VAT no. [VAT number], e-mail hello@modopaw.com (“we”).
2. Contract
Product presentations on this website are not binding offers. You place a binding order by clicking the payment button (e.g. “Pay”) on the Stripe checkout page. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms that your payment has been successfully completed; we then send you a confirmation of your order (payment receipt) by e-mail. The contract language is the language of the website version in which you placed your order.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping to all EU member states is free. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.; the available payment methods are shown on the checkout page. Payment is due immediately when you place the order.
4. Delivery
We deliver to all EU member states. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery then normally takes 3–7 business days. If a product becomes unavailable we will inform you without delay and refund any payment already made.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Details, including the model withdrawal form, are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
6. Legal guarantee
The statutory legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery applies. To make a claim, contact us at hello@modopaw.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We respond to complaints within 14 days.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, and as required by mandatory product liability law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Disputes and applicable law
We always aim to resolve any issue with you directly — write to hello@modopaw.com. We are not obliged to take part in alternative dispute resolution proceedings and currently do not. If we cannot agree, you can contact the consumer protection authority or ADR body in your country, or the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for cross-border disputes. The law of the seller’s country applies, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
